This privacy policy informs you as a visitor of the Morari Transport websites, or as a user of the Imperial Drive app or other services (together "Morari Transport Services") which of your personal data is processed and for what purpose. Our services are not aimed at minors.

9. Data Processing During Booking

When you register or book a ride via Imperial Drive, we process:

  • Master Data: Name, address, password.
  • Contact Data: Phone number, e-mail.
  • Ride Data: Pickup/destination locations, flight numbers, special requests.
  • Payment Data: Stored securely via certified payment providers.

We share necessary data with the Transportation Service Provider (TSP) so they can perform the ride. If the ride is outside the EU, data may be transmitted internationally to fulfill the contract.

10. Payment & Fraud Prevention

All bookings are paid via credit/debit card or mobile wallets (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay).

  • We use PCI DSS-certified payment providers.
  • Morari Transport does not store full credit card details on its own servers.
  • We may use external fraud prevention services to ensure payment security.

11. Communication

If you contact us via e-mail, chat (Intercom/Messenger), or phone, we store the data to handle your inquiry. We may use external tools to manage customer support efficiently.

12. E-mail Advertising & Newsletters

If you have booked a ride or signed up for our newsletter, we may send you updates about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the e-mail or by contacting us.
