Morari Transport strictly adheres to international safety standards and local regulations. We maintain a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy for all chauffeurs using the Imperial Drive platform to provide services.

If you suspect a chauffeur is under the influence of drugs or alcohol during a ride:

1. Please ask to end the trip immediately.
2. Call 112 (or the local emergency assistance line).
3. Please report the incident immediately to Morari Transport via e-mail at contact@imperial-drive.de or via our 24/7 customer care hotline.

Morari Transport and the Imperial Drive platform provide transportation services based solely upon chauffeur availability. We operate without regard to geographic departure point or destination and without regard to:

• Race, color, or national origin
• Religious belief or affiliation
• Sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity
• Marital status
• Disability, age, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local laws.
