Terms and Conditions

Morari Transport GmbH, Feurigstraße 59, 10827 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Morari Transport") enables its users to book transportation services via its own online platform by integrating third-party online platforms and applications for mobile devices ("Imperial Drive"; all methods collectively referred to as "Imperial Drive Tools").

Morari Transport's service consists of arranging for the transportation of a user by an independent ride service provider (Transportation Service Provider or "TSP"). Morari Transport arranges this business service for the user but does not provide the actual transportation service itself.

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs") are part of each agreement regarding Morari Transport's arrangement of business service contracts. Conflicting terms of the user are hereby contradicted unless the management of Morari Transport has expressly consented to them in writing.

2.1 CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP Morari Transport does not itself provide transportation services. It only provides the user with a claim for transport against a TSP, which is independent of Morari Transport. Morari Transport concludes agreements on its own behalf with the TSP for the benefit of the user. The user is entitled to request the service and assert claims directly against the TSP.

2.2 CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT By transmitting a completed booking form via the Imperial Drive Tools or by telephone, the user transmits an offer to conclude a business service contract ("ride request"). A contract is only concluded upon a separate "booking confirmation" sent via email by Morari Transport.

The user assures that all information transmitted to Morari Transport is complete and accurate. Registration by automated processes is prohibited.

4.1 RIDE TYPES AND CHANGES Users can select transfer rides, long-distance rides (over 200 km), rides on demand, and hourly bookings.

• Transfers: Price is determined by start and destination addresses.
• Hourly Bookings: Start at the booked pickup time and must end within the city area of the pickup location.

4.2 PICKUP TIME The agreed pickup time is specified in the confirmation. For airport or train station pickups, if a correct flight/train number is provided, the pickup time will be adjusted in case of delays.

4.3 VEHICLE CLASS Users choose from classes (e.g., Business Class, SUV, First Class). Images in Imperial Drive are illustrative examples only; there is no right to a specific vehicle model, only to the booked class.

4.4 TRANSPORT SAFETY

• Luggage & Animals: Bulky luggage, weapons, or animals must be specified during booking. The TSP may refuse items not previously agreed upon.
• Children: The need for child restraints (seats) must be specified with the number and age of children.
• Minors: The TSP may reject the transport of unaccompanied minors.

4.5 CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

• Cancellation: Free if made more than one hour before the pickup time. If cancelled one hour or less before, the full price must be paid.
• No-Show: A ride is a "no-show" if the user does not appear within 30 minutes (60 minutes for airports/stations) of the pickup time. The full price is charged for no-shows.

4.6 BEHAVIOR IN THE VEHICLE All road traffic regulations (seat belts) must be followed. Smoking is strictly prohibited. The user bears the costs of vehicle cleaning or loss of serviceability if these rules are violated.

5.1 PRINCIPLES The price is based on vehicle class, route, and pickup time. Special requests may increase the price.

5.2 PAYMENT MODALITIES Payment is made by credit card or authorized payment methods. By adding a payment method to the Imperial Drive account, the user authorizes Morari Transport to collect fees automatically.

5.3 WAITING TIMES For transfers, no surcharge applies for the first 60 minutes at airports/stations or the first 15 minutes elsewhere. Additional minutes are invoiced based on hourly rates.

Morari Transport is liable for damages caused by its own intent or gross negligence. The TSP and its chauffeurs are not vicarious agents of Morari Transport; they are independent providers. Morari Transport is not liable for objects left behind in the vehicle.

Morari Transport reserves the right to change the Imperial Drive Tools at any time to improve quality or functionality.

All content in the Imperial Drive Tools is protected by copyright. Any use beyond booking services (copying, re-releasing) is prohibited.

Applicable Law: The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

Jurisdiction: The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin.

Severability: If any provision is ineffective, the remaining regulations remain in force.
